1. Returns

You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it.
  • In the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as:

  • Customized products according to your specifications.
  • Products that have been used or damaged by you.
  • Products that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  2. Wait for our response. We will provide you with instructions on where to send returned products.
  3. Pack the product securely and include all of its original packaging along with the receipt or proof of purchase.

Customers are responsible for paying for the shipping costs for returning their item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
